We do not include data without a precise reference to their source. So please include:
– in case of an online source: the complete url (preferably the permalink)
– in case of a printed source: 
   – if an established secondary source (the Liggeren, etc.): name of the publication, page, possibly location (footnote, etc.)
   – in all other casess, please add author(s) and year of publication
